How SignCost ranks e-signature tools
In one line: the cheapest plan that fits your team and envelope volume, sorted by what it costs per year.
The rule, step by step
- Only verified plans. A plan needs a self-serve price read from the vendor's official pricing page in the billing view you chose (monthly or yearly). Per-envelope and sales-only plans are not priced.
- It must hold your team. Billable seats are your users, raised to the plan's minimum; a plan with a user cap below your team is skipped.
- It must cover your envelopes. The envelope allowance is worked out for your seats (yearly pools are spread over 12 months). A plan whose page states a lower limit is skipped; one whose page lists no envelope allowance stays in.
- One plan per vendor. The cheapest fitting plan by yearly cost.
- Order. Vendors sorted by that yearly cost, then by vendor name.
Nobody pays for placement, and the calculator never reads affiliate status.
